Effective Date: August 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the official web portal, digital tools, training academies, and the Integrated Community Development Management System (ICDMS) operated by InnoTech Future Foundation ("Organization", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Volunteer", "Donor", "Student", or "Coordinator") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or platform.

2. Portal Access & User Account Responsibility

  • Account Verification: Access to regional command dashboards, student portals, or volunteer accounts requires administrator approval and background verification.
  • Credential Security: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). Any activity conducted under your account will be attributed to you.
  • Prohibited Actions: Users shall not engage in unauthorized system access, data scraping, automated bot submissions, or malicious disruption of platform infrastructure. Violation will result in immediate account termination and legal escalation.

3. Donations, Funding & Financial Transparency

  • Donation Allocations: All financial contributions, grants, and public online donations received via Paystack or direct bank transfer directly support verified digital bootcamps, community development projects, and field operational costs.
  • Payment Verification: Manual bank transfers require verification of payment receipts before inclusion in public transparency ledgers and project disbursements.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the charitable and operational nature of community project funding, all completed donations are non-refundable unless verified as a technical double-charge by our payment processor.

4. Regional Command, Volunteers & Field Operations

  • Data Scoping & Reporting: Coordinators and Volunteers operating within Zonal, State, or LGA Command structures must submit accurate, real-time field reports, beneficiary logs, and project milestones.
  • Falsification of Data: Falsifying project progress, GPS coordinates, beneficiary figures, or budget expenditures constitutes grounds for immediate removal, forfeiture of volunteer status, and reporting to relevant civil authorities.

5. Student Bootcamps & Digital Academy Certification

Students enrolled under the Innotech Digital Academy bootcamps must adhere to attendance and academic integrity guidelines. Digital certificates and credentials issued via the platform remain subject to revocation if academic dishonesty or identity misrepresentation is discovered post-graduation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software codes, portal designs, logos, custom frameworks, training materials, and brand identifiers associated with InnoTech Future Foundation and the ICDMS portal are the exclusive intellectual property of the Organization. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

InnoTech Future Foundation shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical downtime, third-party payment gateway failures (such as Paystack or banking networks), or force majeure events impacting field project timelines.

8. Amendments & Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the ICDMS portal.
